Good to know

All prices are based on a stay of 7 nights, per cottage and for a maximum of 4 guests. For extra guests we charge € 75 per week per guest.

During the months of July and August, the minimum rental period is one week. Outside the high season rental is possible from 2 nights, regardless of the number of people, for € 130 per night (breakfast not included). The price for the Christmas and New Year period is € 140 per night.

A free baby bed can be arranged upon request. We also have a washing machine you can use. We offer a rental service for beach towels.

Your reservation is only valid after our confirmation by phone or e-mail. If you don’t receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please call us at 00351/967.684.772.

We ask our guests to make an advance payment of 30% within 1 week after confirmation of the booking. The remaining amount should be transfered to our account at the latest 6 weeks before your arrival. Note: your booking is only final after we have received your deposit.

Breakfast

We can treat you to a delicious breakfast, delivered at your door step at the time of your choice. Breakfast costs € 15 per person and consists of: freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee or thee, fresh pastries, butter, ham and cheese, marmelade, jam, yoghurt and eggs as you like them.

Guests who’ve only booked the accommodation are kindly asked to reserve their breakfast or dinner the evening before.

Dinner

As a professional chef, I am happy to prepare a delicious dinner a few evenings a week (starters, main course, dessert; drinks not included).

On request I will also cook a gastronomic feast (starters, first course, main course, dessert and coffee; other drinks not included).

Children under 12 years who eat the same meal as their parents only pay half price.

Wines

We have a nice selection of Portuguese character wines that you can only find with us and not in the supermarkets.

We also offer …

Cooking classes and wine tastings. If desired, we provide catering for parties up to 30 people or receptions for +/- 60 people. We also offer packages for golf enthusiasts with green fees for various beautiful 18-hole golf courses in the area. Tennis training, surfing lessons and mountain bike tours can also be organized, please ask.
